Haha wo Tazunete Sanzenri is about an Italian boy, Marco, and his journey in search of his mother. Italy was in a deep depression, so to support her family, Marco`s mother went to Argentina to work as a domestic (like Piccolo`s sons went to America to work in Porco Rosso). But after she wrote to her family that she was sick, her letters stopped coming. So Marco decides to go to Argentina to look for her. Caught in the middle are Yuri Yamamoto, the younger sister of Yano’s now dead ex-girlfriend, and Takeuchi Masafumi, Yano’s best friend. Yuri’s past with Yano goes deeper than one might suspect and her feelings run deeper than she portrays in public. Takeuchi cherishes Yano’s friendship, but at the same time, he may lose it for someone dear to him. Nanami must search deep inside herself and find her true feelings for Yano while being able to trust and accept Yano’s feelings for her as well, deciding if Yano is indeed the one for her or if someone else can provide better solace. Plot Summary:They are neither plants nor animals. They differ from other forms of life such as the micro-organisms and the fungi. Instead they resemble the primeval body of life and are generally known as “Mushi”. Their existence and appearance are unknown to many and only a limited number of humans are aware of them. Ginko is a “Mushi-shi” who travels around to investigate and find out more about the “Mushi”. In the process, he also lends a helping hand to people who face problems with supernatural occurances which may be related to the “Mushi”.
